Deputy Principal
We are looking for a curious, fun DP, who is passionate about working in a specialist school setting with children and young adults who have a range of learning needs to join our dynamic team of professionals as one of our DPs has been appointed as the new Principal from the start of Term 4.
This role is suitable for someone with leadership experience, who is able to be part of our Fairhaven shared vision, creating excellence in specialist education whilst understanding people contribute in unique and different ways.
We are a small kura with a big heart, with a roll of approximately 100 students.

As our school is on various sites, a current driver’s license is essential.
Start date: Term 4 2025 or by negotiation.
The terms and conditions, including base salary, for this position is set by the relevant collective agreement. The base salary for trained and registered teachers will range from $66,586 to $103,086 depending on applicant’s qualifications and experience. In addition, you will receive four permanent units and a special duties allowance. Individuals’ actual base salary will be established by a salary assessment once a role is confirmed.
